Medico Industries is situated on 50 acres of land on Route 315 in Wilkes-Barre, Pa. Our modern 127,000 square foot manufacturing complex houses complete forming, machining, heat treating, welding and fabrication capabilities.
Our prime northeast Pennsylvania location provides advantages via rail, Interstates 80, 81, 84 and 380 as well as through the facilities available at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport and the adjacent International Trade Zone.

- 235 Ton/400 Ton/525 Ton Mechanical Presses

Heat Tempering - High Production Rates Achieved on:
- Heat Tempering

Medico employs Two-Car Bottom Furnaces each with a weight capacity of 36,000 lbs and a maximum operating temperature of 1800% Farenheit. Additional capacity is provided by a gas-fired conveyor belt furnace with a heating chamber 50 feet long. |

Tempering - The tempering process is achieved through a tempering bath which provides the desired degree of hardness and tensile strength to be achieved for the application. |

Machining - Medico offers complete finish machining with eight C.N.C Controlled automatic lathes. Additional machining capabilities:
- (30) plus automatic turning lathes
- (15) double and single ended boring and tapping machines
- Milling, drilling & griding machines

| Finishing - Parts finishing is accomplished with our high volume phosphating line and two conveyorized automated paint lines. |

| Quality Control - Medico's top priority in all our civilian and military work. Our production excellence is maintained through S.P.C. utilization, quality systems and specialized inspection stations.
